Schools may pay via check or purchase order. The check must be made out to Hardin County Schools Performing Arts Center and can be paid in advance, day of the performance, or by invoice for later payment.
To cancel or change your reservation, please contact our offices no less than two weeks prior to show date. It is imperative that you honor your reservation.
In answer to teacher request, the PAC has devised a simple
for student audiences to follow when visiting.
Please provide a minimum of one adult chaperone or teacher (free of charge) for every 15 students. Chaperones must be seated during performance preferably among students and not just along the aisles. Please remind Chaperones of proper theatre behavior expected of students. Additional chaperones will be an extra $5 charge.
Chaperones driving separately should be instructed to park in the upper level parking lot. Lower level parking is for buses only.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes and preferably 30 minutes prior to the performance. We are NOT able to delay the start of the show, due to the scheduling demands of all school attendees. Latecomers will be seated upon arrival at the discretion of management. All groups should enter through the PAC front entrance unless otherwise directed.
In attempt to exit all students in a safe and orderly manner. Management will dismiss groups one school at a time and one row at a time. All bus drivers should remain parked until all school groups have been loaded.
