ARTS: Arts Resources & Transportation Subsidy
A Performing Arts Subsidy Program of Hardin County Schools Arts For All Employee Campaign

ARTS provides up to 50% matching funds (maximum $500 per school annually) for the transportation to any performing arts programming at the PAC and/or admission costs to PAC produced student shows.

Application Procedure:

• Complete the online application below. PLEASE NOTE: This application must be filled out at the time of your reservation and cannot be saved for later editing.
• You will be notified via email if your request has been accepted or denied.
• On the day of your planned event you will receive an email reminder describing once again how to follow up on your application and ensure that your accepted application receives approval for fund transfer.
• Funds will only be transferred AFTER your planned event has taken place and upon receipt of all requested pre and post activity supporting documentation.

Only Hardin County Schools are eligible for this subsidy.

All applications will be considered on equal terms.
All Applications must be received two weeks prior to your planned event.
All funding allocations will be made on a first come, first served basis - according to date application is approved.
