Please be aware that the discount for the The Nutcracker and Peer Gynt shows are not reflected here. Those two shows only cost $2 per admision (HCS Students ONLY) instead of the $4 displayed. You will only be charged the $2 per admission, so for these two shows you may figure the total as effectively being half of what is displayed. We are sorry for any inconvience this may cause.

PLEASE NOTE: Be certain that you have the following information BEFORE you apply: School Phone & Fax; Instructor's Name & Email; School Principal's Name, Email, & Approval; and School Bookkeeper's Name & Email. Your application may be retrieved and edited through the ARTS For All page available from the "Education" drop down menu. Applications will be denied and not considered until all information has been entered.

Payment
Schools may pay via check or purchase order. The check must be made out to Hardin County Schools Performing Arts Center and can be paid in advance, day of the performance, or by invoice for later payment.

Cancellation
To cancel or change your reservation, please contact our offices no less than two weeks prior to show date. It is imperative that you honor your reservation.

Seating
Please provide a minimum of one adult chaperone or teacher (free of charge) for every 15 students (see "Adults Req" above). All groups should enter through the PAC front entrance unless otherwise directed.

Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes and preferably 30 minutes prior to the performance. We are NOT able to delay the start of the show beyond 10 minutes, due to the scheduling demands of all school attendees. Latecomers will be seated upon arrival at the discretion of Management. Chaperones driving separately should be instructed to park in the upper level parking lot. Lower level parking is for buses only.

Dismissal
In attempt to exit all students in a safe and orderly manner. Management will dismiss groups one school at a time and one row at a time. All bus drivers should remain parked until all school groups have been loaded.
