Audience Services
Payments
Tickets will be mailed to purchaser. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Tickets purchased less than 7 days prior to an event will be held at "will call" and must be picked up no later than 15 minutes prior to the event. Online ticket sales cease 24 hours prior to event date. Credit card statements will list Hardin County Schools Board of Education as the recipient. Purchases can be made in person or by phone as well as online.
Refunds
All sales are final. However, upon request, unused tickets can be exchanged for equivalent value gift certificate, tickets for another event, or a tax-deductible contribution receipt.
Children
As a courtesy to audience members and performers, please use discretion regarding a child’s ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance. Children that can be held throughout the duration of a performance will not require a ticket.
Accessibility

Limited wheelchair seating is available with adjoining companion seating
with a reservation request. A limited number of Hearing Assistance System
Headsets are available upon request.
Gift Certificates
Share the magic of live performance with your family, friends and business
associates with PAC Gift Certificates. Gift certificates work just like cash at
the PAC and can be used toward any PAC purchase.
(Gift certificates can not currently be used for online or phone orders.)

Our lobby may be small but our gift store is huge with an ever changing
stock of merchandise that PAC visitors will want to browse time and time
